It's a one-time session designed to help couples step back, breathe, and get clarity on what’s really going on beneath the surface. Whether you're facing lingering tension, miscommunication, or just feeling emotionally off-track—this 60-minute session is your opportunity to reconnect and realign. You’ll receive: ✔️ A pre-session mini intake form (to get right to the heart of the matter) ✔️ A confidential, coach-guided session focused on clarity and communication ✔️ A personalized recap email with key reflections + suggested next steps This is for couples who: 🔘Are not ready for a full coaching plan—but need support now 🔘Want to test the waters before diving deeper 🔘Are stuck in a recurring issue and need a reset 🔘Desire a safe, structured space to talk, listen, and connect 🔘No fluff. Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions By booking a TLC for Two: Communication Check-In session with Coach TaShon (Trinette L. Collier, LLC), you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1️⃣ Payment Policy The full payment of $125 is due at the time of booking to secure your session. No appointments will be held or confirmed without completed payment. 2️⃣ Session Usage & Expiration This session must be scheduled and used within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. If the session is not scheduled within that time-frame, it will be forfeited without refund. 3️⃣ Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Rescheduling must be done via email or the booking platform. Requests made after the 24-hour window may be considered a missed session. 4️⃣ Cancellation / No-Show Policy If you cancel or fail to attend your session without proper notice (less than 24 hours), a $10 cancellation/no-show fee will be applied. This fee must be paid before any future sessions can be booked or rescheduled. 5️⃣ Refund Policy There are no refunds once the session has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, you are encouraged to contact Coach TaShon directly to discuss your concerns. All sessions are designed to be confidential, supportive, and solution-focused. 6️⃣ Confidentiality All sessions are confidential and will be conducted with professionalism and care. Coach TaShon is committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space for both partners.
