Cancellation Policy
TLC Couples Coaching Payment Plan – Terms & Conditions Commitment & Payment Structure This TLC Couples Coaching program requires a 3-month commitment. The total program cost is $997, payable in three monthly installments of $333. Payment is due in full each month prior to the scheduled session. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Scheduling & Session Use Each plan includes three (3) private 60-minute sessions to be used within the 3-month coaching window. Sessions must be completed within that time-frame unless otherwise approved by Coach TaShon. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of your appointment are considered late cancellations. No Show / Late Cancellation Fee Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will result in a $10 late cancellation fee. This fee must be paid prior to scheduling your next session or will be added to your next invoice. Non-Payment or Missed Installments Failure to complete a scheduled payment may result in the immediate pause or cancellation of your remaining sessions.
