Cancellation Policy
TLC Clarity Call – Terms & Policy 🔘 Payment Full payment of $15 is due at the time of booking. Sessions will not be held without payment. 🔘 Session Details Each TLC Clarity Call is 15 minutes and conducted virtually (Zoom or phone). This is a focused guidance session—not a coaching session. 🔘 Rescheduling Clients may reschedule with at least 12-hour notice. Rescheduling must be done via the confirmation email or by contacting Coach TaShon directly. 🔘 Missed or Late Appointments There is no refund or reschedule for missed appointments or late arrivals beyond 7 minutes. Please be on time, as calls will end promptly at the 15-minute mark. 🔘Refund Policy All Clarity Call sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed, missed, or unused sessions. 🔘 Service Scope The TLC Clarity Call is designed to provide direction, clarity, and referral to the most appropriate TLC Coaching service. It is not a therapeutic or deep-dive coaching session.
